PRX Lady, also called PRX-T Lady, is a professionally applied topical treatment developed by WiQo for selected external delicate skin areas. It is discussed for the appearance of skin tone and skin quality. The formula contains trichloroacetic acid, hydrogen peroxide and kojic acid; it is not an at-home product.

Areas & concerns
External skin, carefully assessed.
PRX-T Lady is intended for selected external delicate areas, including external intimate skin, underarms, areola and perianal skin. The clinic must confirm whether your requested area is appropriate and offered before a treatment appointment. It is not applied inside the vagina or to mucous membranes.
You may want to discuss uneven-looking tone, pigmentation or skin-quality changes. We assess the cause before considering a cosmetic procedure. This is not a treatment for vaginal dryness, infection, painful intercourse or other gynaecological symptoms.

What happens at the appointment?
We discuss your concerns and history, assess the proposed skin area with your consent and agree the plan. If you proceed, the area is prepared and the professional product is applied externally using its specific protocol, then removed and followed by the advised skin care.
You should tell your practitioner straight away about discomfort. Do not assume that a topical treatment is risk-free or that every person will find it comfortable. We explain the likely sensations and what will happen if the skin reacts.
Downtime & aftercare
Plan for your skin afterwards.
Redness, tenderness, irritation or peeling may occur; burns and pigment changes are possible with acid-based procedures. There is no guarantee of zero downtime or a particular lightening effect. Your skin response determines when it is comfortable to resume activities.
Follow the individual instructions you receive. Ask when to resume shaving or waxing, exercise, swimming, sexual activity and products that may cause friction or irritation. Use only the aftercare recommended for the treated area; do not add acids, scrubs or fragranced products on your own initiative.
Contact the clinic if you are worried after treatment. Increasing pain, blistering or an unexpected skin reaction needs prompt assessment.
Before you decide
When treatment should wait.
PRX-T Lady is not appropriate during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with allergy to an ingredient such as kojic acid, or on irritated, broken, inflamed or infected skin. Active dermatitis or a herpes outbreak requires assessment rather than cosmetic treatment. Tell us about medicines, allergies and recent hair removal or procedures. Persistent itching, soreness, bleeding, a new lump or an unexplained skin change should be discussed with your GP before a cosmetic appointment.

Is PRX Lady the same as PRX-T33?
No. PRX-T Lady is the dedicated product discussed for external delicate areas. PRX-T33 is a separate option on our facial and skin-treatment menu. Products and protocols should not be swapped between areas.
How much is PRX Lady in Maidenhead?
The clinic price is £140 per treatment. A course, if recommended, and any home-care costs are discussed before you agree. The number of appointments is individual.
Will my skin need to look a particular colour?
No. Natural differences in colour are normal, and darker intimate skin is not a defect. The consultation is about your own question and whether any proposed approach is appropriate; you can choose no treatment.
Can I have a private conversation before an examination?
Yes. Begin with a consultation and explain what you would like to discuss. We explain any proposed examination, seek your consent and respect your decision to pause or stop.
Can I book this for an internal or painful intimate concern?
A cosmetic external-skin treatment is not the appropriate starting point for internal symptoms, persistent discomfort or an unexplained change. Seek advice from your GP or a suitable healthcare service first.
